Stephen Weiner has been an attorney for over thirty years since his admission to the New York bar. He is experienced in estate planning including wills and trusts, probate, administration, estate litigation, and guardianships. He assists business owners with succession planning.
He is a graduate of Yale College (cum laude) and Columbia University School of Law (editor of the Columbia Law Review). After he received his initial training at major law firms, he started his own practice in 1993.
